Nothing is more important than the safety and comfort of our customers. Unfortunately, crime is a fact of life in our community, and shopping malls are not immune. That is why we have a Security Department that incorporates advanced communication and other safety systems as part of its program.
Security, however, is a partnership. Each of us is responsible for our own personal safety wherever we are - whether at home, at school, at work or at the mall. There is no substitute for being aware of your environment and alert to your surroundings.
Recognizing the need to work together with our shoppers for security, Chesterfield Towne Center has implemented the following policies and programs:
- Round-the-clock patrols of our mall property including vehicles, bikes and Segways
- Escorts to your vehicle, upon request.
- "Call for Assistance" boxes located at mall entrances
- Medical emergency assistance including CPR, AEDs and First Aid
- Jump starts of drained car batteries
- Assistance in searching for lost vehicles
- Lost and found service
- Chesterfield County Policing Office
