Chesterfield Towne Center offers a variety of services to make your shopping experience more enjoyable. Many of these services are provided at our NEW Guest Services desk that is conveniently located at Center Court.

FREE WI-FI ACCESS
We offer free wireless internet access in our Food Court. This service is ideal for anyone who needs to check their e-mail for work or for those who just want to catch up on the latest news and sports scores. 

RESTROOMS
Mall restrooms and family restrooms, for parents with small children or those with special needs, are located near the Food Court. NEW Men's and Women's Restrooms are currently under construction and should be open in late June 2008. At that time, our Family Restrooms will undergo a full renovation.

STROLLERS
There are two SmarteCarte stroller rental units located in the following mall locations: 
   - Sear's Wing
   - River Romp Soft Play area

SHOPPING SAFETY
At Chesterfield Towne Center, nothing is more important than the safety and comfort of guests and employees. We have a uniformed Security Team that utilizes advanced video surveillance, computer systems and communications as part of our safety program. We are also home to the Chesterfield County Community Policing Station, whose officers regularly patrol our mall. Our Security Team patrols our property, including our parking lots, around the clock. Safety, however, is a partnership and there is no substitute for staying aware of your environment and alert to your surroundings.

Our Security staff is also available to provide guests assistance and are trained in first aid including:

• Escorts to your vehicle upon request
• Call boxes at mall entrances
• Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) located throughout the mall
• Jump starts of car batteries
• Assistance with finding lost vehicles
• Lost & Found service
• Community phone at the Security & Guest Services desk

ATM's
Short on cash? For your convenience, there are ATMs located in the Sear's Wing and in the Food Court.

DRINK MACHINES
Located near Sears, JCPenney and Old Navy.

PUBLIC TELEPHONES
Located throughout the Center.

MANAGEMENT OFFICE
Our new Mall Management Office is located in the building between the Food Court entrance and Coldwater Creek. The office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. If the office is closed, please call or visit Guest Services.

MALL WALKER PROGRAM
Our Mall Walker Program is a great way to get in shape. Walkers can sign up at Guest Services to become a member and receive their Mall Walker card. Also, pick up a mileage card at Guest Services to keep track how many miles you walk and keep an eye on the Mall Walker Information Board for latest news about this community program. (Located next to the Armed Forces Career Center)
